Jiangsu Sushi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the lawn laying project in the south side of Santaishan Yuritang. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD. Intends to re-level the lawn on the south side and east and west sides of Baihe Hall and cover it with green grass. The paved area is about 4,100 square meters, and the site is fine. In order to ensure the high flatness, trample resistance and strong growth of the lawn, sand should be purchased. The depth of planting soil layer should be no less than 750px, soil particles ≤20mm, and normal impurities), and sand (20mm-30mm) should be laid. The soil thickness of turf root zone is 15mm-20mm, and the thickness should be uniform without exposed patches. Maintenance shall be carried out for one month after completion of laying. The budget is about 150,000 yuan, including labor cost, machinery cost, material cost and maintenance cost to ensure survival.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) having a valid business license and the business license includes landscaping;
(vi) The person in charge of the project to be selected by the supplier shall have intermediate or above technical titles in landscape gardening related majors (landscape architecture, landscape architecture, landscape architecture or horticulture);
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations, they shall not participate in the same package response of the project. Otherwise, the response is invalid.
