Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. to conduct online competitive consultation on the service procurement project of "Lilan Association - Recitation Concert" in Santaishan. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the consultation.

(III) Project budget: 1.5 million
(iv) Main Content: Suqian Santaishan recitation concert, with publicity as the breakthrough point, focusing on the promotion of Santaishan Forest Park scenic spot (Akita), see part IV procurement requirements for details.
Ii. Supplier qualification requirements
(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the supplier's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Financial status report of 2016 or 2017 (refers to the audited financial report of the supplier or the credit certificate issued by the bank; if the supplier is less than one year old, it is not required to provide it);
3. Related materials of paying taxes and social security funds according to law in any month since September 2017 (referring to the evidence of the supplier's paying taxes and social security funds according to law);
4. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
5. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);
(ii) Supplier qualification shall have relevant qualification or business scope of planning, design, production and creation
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the consultation of the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the application for consultation will be rejected.
Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are detailed in the part of bid evaluation method of competitive consultation document.
Iv. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive consultation document shall be provided from 8:30 on March 15, 2018 to 17:30 on March 21, 2018.
(II) Suppliers shall register on the spot within the time provided by the consultation document.

Price of negotiation documents: RMB 200 per set, cash purchase, non-refundable after sale.
(3) The project is divided into 1 subcontract. If the supplier participates in multiple subcontract negotiations, it shall obtain the purchase documents separately according to the subcontract.
If the supplier fails to obtain the consultation document as required and thus fails to participate in the consultation, the consequences shall be borne by the supplier.
5. Response file to receive information
(I) Deadline for submission of response documents and time for consultation: 14:30 on March 22, 2018
(II) Venue: Ximen Entrance, Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian (Conference room on the second floor of Santaishan Headquarters)
(III) The supplier shall submit the paper response document to the consultation place before the response deadline (i.e., the response document submission deadline, the same below). The purchaser shall not accept the response documents submitted late.
