(1) Main Contents: the planning scope of this project extends to Sunmitai (Qingtong Road) in the north, Akatian Village (Park Road) in the south, Jinghu Area (Zhangshan Avenue) in the west, and the boundary of Santaishan Park (Zuxin Avenue) in the east. The planned area is about 4.2 square kilometers. (The final area determined in the planning shall be based on the scope finally agreed by both parties, and the floating range shall not exceed 1 square kilometer.)
