Jiangsu Sushi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the procurement project of production materials for spring 2018 in Santaishan Forest Park. Qualified bidders are welcome to participate in the negotiation.


I. Project name and serial number


Project name: Material procurement for production in spring 2018 of Santaishan Forest Park

Ii. Brief description of procurement items


1 for timely prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests in the park, forest park, promote the growth of the park trees, and complement the anakims; Tian Cao flower seedling nutrition, promote flowering shrubs, brews flower bud differentiation, the bud strong and increase the number of flowers, guarantee the spring flowers, sheng purchasing a batch of material such as urea and compound fertilizer procurement and commonly used drugs, see the procurement requirements, budget of about 277000 yuan and 150000 yuan respectively. The purchase is divided into two packages as follows:


Package 1: Spring 2018 fertilizer production in Santaishan Forest Park. Purchase No. : JSSS[2018] 0306-1


Package 2: Santaishan Forest Park Park Spring 2018 Pharmaceutical Production Procurement No. : JSSS[2018] 0306-2


2. Payment method: after the project is accepted and delivered for use, it shall be paid off in a lump sum according to the accepted quantity (without interest).


3. Delivery time: party A shall deliver the goods to the designated place of Santaishan (including unloading) within 3 days as required by Party A.


4. Warranty period: 1 year.


The lowest evaluation price method for this project.


The bidder may bid separately for the above two packages, including any one package.


Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders


(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;


1. Copy of the supplier's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);


2. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;


3. Suppliers participating in bidding must provide the formal registration certificate of compound fertilizer.


If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in bidding for the same package of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.

1. Registration time: 8:30 on March 10, 2018 to 17:30 on March 12, 2018;


2. Registration place: Jiangsu Sushi Construction Project Management Co., LTD., 188 Taihu Road, Suqian City


3. Acquisition method of negotiation documents: on-site purchase, 200 yuan/copy, non-refundable after sale;

1. Copy of the business license of enterprise legal person with official seal (copy of the "three Certificates in one" business license or copy of the legal Person certificate of the institution);

Note: Suppliers are required to register and participate in bidding. If the registered supplier does not participate in the bidding without any reason, the integrity management file will be recorded and the credit rating will be lowered (see Cebu [2011] No. 10 for details).
