Santaishan Forest Park ziwei Garden retaining wall demolition project open tender, welcome qualified suppliers to bid.
I. Project name and serial number

Ii. Brief description of the project
(I) Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to dismantle the ziwei Garden retaining wall with a budget of about 320,000 yuan. See section 4 technical Response for detailed requirements.
(ii) terms of payment: 70% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion of the project, 85% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion acceptance, 97% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion of the audit, and the remaining 3% shall be paid as quality retention money. The purchaser shall pay off the contract price in a lump sum within half a year after the warranty period.
(iii) Warranty period: 1 year.
(iv) Construction period: 30 calendar days.
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) Having grade 3 or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction, and having obtained production safety license;
(vi) The person in charge of the project to be selected by the supplier shall have the qualification of minor project manager or registered construction engineer of grade II or above of municipal public engineering major (having the qualification certificate of production safety assessment Class B);
(7) The supplier shall obtain the Letter of Credit approval for Suqian City Construction Market and apply for it at the Market Office of THE MUNICIPAL Housing Authority;
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations, they shall not participate in the same package response of the project. Otherwise, the response is invalid.

Note: Suppliers are required to register and participate in bidding. If the registered supplier does not participate in the bidding without any reason, the integrity management file will be recorded and the credit rating will be lowered (see Cebu [2011] No. 10 for details).
