Ii. Brief description of procurement items
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. intends to purchase a batch of container accommodation equipment with a budget of 22 million yuan. See Section 4 Purchasing requirements for details.
Tender control price: 22 million Yuan.
See Section 3 for detailed requirements. This project is not subcontracted.
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method: the successful candidate is recommended in the order of comprehensive scoring from high to low.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
The supplier shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Relevant materials of paying social security funds according to law in any Month since September 2017 (referring to the bidder's proof of paying social security funds according to law);
3. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;
4. Statement that the bidder has no bribery record;
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding for the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
