Suqian Haoyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct public bidding for the purchase and installation of special accommodation equipment for Suqian Santaishan space capsule. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.

Ii. Brief description of procurement item q
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to purchase a batch of characteristic accommodation equipment with a budget of 700,000 yuan. See Section 4 Purchasing requirements for details.
Bidding control price: 700,000 YUAN.
See Section 3 for detailed requirements. This project is not subcontracted.
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method: the successful candidate is recommended in the order of comprehensive scoring from high to low.
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Financial status report of 2017 (refers to the audited financial report of the bidder or the credit certificate issued by the bank; if the supplier is less than one year old, it is not required to provide it);
3. Relevant materials of paying social security funds according to law in any Month since July 2017 (referring to the bidder's proof of paying social security funds according to law);
4. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;

If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding for the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
