Ii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers

(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials:

1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);

2. Financial status report of 2016 (refers to the audited financial report of the bidder or the credit certificate issued by the bank; if the supplier is less than one year old, it is not required to provide it);
