Announcement of competitive negotiation on seedling transplantation project of Suqian Santai Mountain

Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the procurement project of Suqian Santaishan seedling transplantation project. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.

Ii. Brief description of procurement items
(I) Location of the project: Santaishan Scenic Area, Suqian.
(ii) Project scale: the budget is about 523,300 yuan.
(iii) Construction scope: Seedling transplantation project of Suqian Santai Mountain (see the appendix of the list for details).
(IV) Construction period: delivery shall be completed within 30 calendar days after signing of the contract.
(5) Quality, technology and service requirements of the procurement content:
No mechanical damage, root integrity, seedling survival rate more than 95%. Full crown with mud ball, planting soil to meet the technical requirements. (See Technical Response in Part 3 for details)
(vi) The lowest bid price method shall be adopted for this project: the candidate for the transaction shall be recommended in the order of the response price from low to high which meets the requirements of the negotiation documents and has been evaluated.
(vii) Time and method of payment of project progress payment: 75% of the contract price shall be paid after the completion of project acceptance, 90% of the approval price shall be paid after the audit, and the balance shall be paid after the end of maintenance (interest-free).
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the business license of the supplier and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution) (the business scope includes the operation and maintenance of garden seedlings and other related business scope);
2. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;
3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
4. Other requirements stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Iv. Access to information in competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive negotiation documents shall be provided from 8:30 on February 9, 2018 to 17:30 on February 12, 2018.

(3) Acquisition method of bidding documents: on-site purchase, 200 yuan/copy, non-refundable after sale.
