Each bidder:
Suqian Haoyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD., and plans to conduct public bidding for the purchase of santaishan Santaishan flowers. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid.

Ii. Brief description of the project
(I) Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. intends to purchase Fendyanzia and Purple Stone Tingbu with a budget of about 220,000 yuan. See section 4 technical Response for detailed requirements.
(II) Payment method: 30% of the total contract price shall be paid in advance after signing the contract, 95% of the total contract price shall be paid after receiving qualified goods in the field, and the balance shall be paid within one month after the end of the maintenance period (without interest).
(III) Maintenance period: 1 year.
(IV) Completion date: March 15, 2018.
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the product and technical expertise necessary for the performance of the contract;
(4) Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) To have no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(6) other requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations;

Note: Suppliers are required to register and participate in bidding. If the registered supplier does not participate in the bidding without any reason, the integrity management file will be recorded and the credit rating will be lowered (see Cebu [2011] No. 10 for details).
