Jiangsu Xinde Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the planning and design of santaishan Forest Park Cabin hotel. Welcome to join the negotiation.

Ii. Brief description of the project
The design task is to plan for hawthorn orchard area, about 70 mu. It is planned to select a number of group cabins and design the concept and scheme of 56 guest rooms cabins. The design style is natural and fashionable.
This project adopts the lowest bid price method, and recommends the closing candidates according to the effective bid price from low to high order.
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
The supplier's participation in this government procurement activity shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability;
(2) The bidder shall have grade A comprehensive engineering design qualification or Grade B and above design qualification in the construction industry or Grade B and above design qualification in the construction profession (construction engineering).
(3) Qualification of project leader: the project leader shall have the first-class registered architect's professional qualification.
(4) Other conditions:
1. Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;
2. Enterprises that are not in the state of being ordered to suspend operations, being disqualified for bidding or having their properties taken over, frozen or bankrupt;
3. Joint bid is not accepted for this project; 4. Other requirements provided for by laws and regulations.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid
