Each bidder:
Suqian Haoyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Scenic Spot Management Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement for the Project of creating the Spring Festival atmosphere in Suqian Santaishan. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid.

Ii. Brief description of the project
The Spring Festival Atmosphere building project of Santaishan in Suqian is to install 173 lanterns, a flower fairy sculpture and a set of iron art modeling at toll station. The budget price of this project is about 350,000 yuan. Please refer to the procurement requirements section of the project procurement document for details.
(I) Payment method: 30% of the advance payment shall be paid after the contract is signed, and 90% of the actual price shall be paid by Party A after the project is completed and qualified for acceptance. Pay off the balance at the end of the maintenance period and audit.
(II) Maintenance period: 6 months.
(iii) Construction period: completed before February 14.
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) To have no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(6) other requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations;

Note: Suppliers are required to register and participate in bidding. If the registered supplier does not participate in the bidding without any reason, the integrity management file will be recorded and the credit rating will be lowered (see Cebu [2011] No. 10 for details).
