Ii. Brief description of procurement items
(1) Location of the project: Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian;
(2) Project scale: the budget is about 400,000 yuan;
(iii) Construction scope: around Jinjing Lake in Santaishan Forest Park;
(4) The lowest price evaluation method shall be adopted for the project;
(5) Time and method of payment of project progress payment:
50% of the completed project price shall be paid upon completion and acceptance of the project; Pay 70% of the audit project after the audit; The balance will be paid off after 2 years of custody (without interest).
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
The supplier shall comply with the provisions of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Tendering and Bidding, and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Tendering and Bidding and meet the following requirements:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing, paying taxes according to law and bearing civil liabilities independently;
(ii) The person in charge of the project to be selected and assigned by the bidder shall have the qualification of small-sized project manager (shall also have the Qualification certificate of Class B safety production assessment) or intermediate engineer of landscaping or above;
(3) The authorized trustor of the legal representative of the bidder and the project leader shall be the personnel of the bidder, and in the bidding documents, the certificate of pension insurance for any one month that has been handled for the bidder in the recent six months shall be provided. The certificate shall be subject to the certificate issued by the insurance administration department in the place where the bidder is located.
