Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the public bidding for the project of preparing the application plan for Suqian Santaishan Huahai Micro Film Town.
I. Name and Serial number of the Project subject to Tender:
Suqian Santaishan Flower Sea Micro Film Town application program preparation project, no. STS [2017] 225.
Ii. Brief Description of the bidding project: the main bidding content is the preparation of the application plan for the Micro film town of Nantian Flower Sea, including the planning scope, construction plan, creation subject, policies and measures of the characteristic town. The budgeted price of this project is about 390,000 yuan.
Iii. Bidder qualification Requirements:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability;
(II) The bidder has rich experience in the planning scheme of characteristic towns, park development planning, tourism planning and major industrial project planning, and is familiar with the application process of characteristic towns;
(3) The project leader must have intermediate or above technical titles in planning, economy and other related majors;
(4) Any form of joint bidding is not allowed for this project.
V. Registration Requirements:
Bidders should register and obtain the bidding documents from 8:30 on February 27, 2017 to 17:30 on March 1, 2017 (except holidays) at The Meiyuan Micro Film Conference Center of Santaishan Forest Park in Suqian. The authorized agent of the bidder shall bring two originals and photocopies of the following materials:
(1) power of attorney of the legal person;
(2) Id card of authorized agent of the tenderer (second generation);
(3) Business license of the enterprise;
(4) Enterprise tax registration certificate (if the enterprise business license is a combination of three certificates, it is not necessary to provide);
