I. Brief description of the project


1. Renting featured tourist commodity shops, inns, DIY workshops, hotels, coffee shops, etc., or providing better formats for merchants in Akatian Village. (Priority is given to projects that promote the development of scenic spots and famous brand effects)


2. The negative first floor of tianhe Tower and the surrounding wing are tourist products for hire. (The utility area of the negative first floor is 420 square meters, the area of the wing room is 2 38 square meters and 1 83 square meters respectively, the project with characteristic business form and pull is preferred)


3. Jinghu Teahouse hires teahouses and catering business. (Located on the south side of Jinghu Lake, covering an area of 1460 square meters, with complete decoration and equipment)

It must be operated lawfully in accordance with state regulations and must not be used in illegal businesses such as prostitution, gambling and drug trafficking; Shops are not allowed to occupy roads and sidewalks in business, strictly in accordance with the provisions of the property management unit, and pay the property company fees on time, subject to the management of scenic spots.


Ii. Payment of rent and comprehensive management fees


1. Different locations and formats require payment of performance bond with different amounts.


2. The utility fees for water, electricity and other energy shall be paid in practice. The specific terms shall be agreed by both parties in the House Lease Contract.


Iii. Bid evaluation methods


The competitive negotiation adopts the method of two rounds of quotation and comprehensive bid evaluation, and the bid offered by the competing lessee shall not be lower than the low rent price (otherwise, the bid will be deemed invalid). If there are more than two (including two) prospective lessee participating in the lease competition, the lessee shall be determined by the highest score of the comprehensive score evaluated by the judges (100-point system, 30% of rent, 30% of brand and format, and 40% of investment and performance capacity).


4. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders and relevant supporting materials


1. If the bidder is a legal person, the registered capital shall not be less than 500,000 yuan, and the bidder shall have good legal person credit; No bad credit record, no economic disputes with certain social influence occurred in the past 3 years.


2. The identity of a natural person must have full capacity for civil conduct, no bad record, corresponding economic strength, and provide relevant certificates.


5. Registration information

2. Registration fee: 200 yuan. Whether the bid is awarded or not, the registration fee will not be refunded.
