1. Project overview and bidding scope

1.1 Project location: Suqian Santaishan Forest Park

4. Bidder qualification requirements

4.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;

4.2 Enterprise qualification category and grade: enterprise qualification level 3 or above for general contracting of municipal public works construction;

4.3 Registered specialty and qualification level of project leader: certified constructor of municipal public Engineering major (Level 2 or above), and qualification Certificate of production safety examination (Class B Certificate);

4.4 Joint bid will not be accepted;

4.5 The enterprise shall have the conditions for production safety and obtain the production safety license (except where relevant provisions do not require it);

4.6 The project leader must meet the following conditions:

4.6.1 The project leader shall not be employed or practiced in two or more units at the same time: A. Sign labor contracts or pay social insurance at two or more units at the same time; B. Register my (job) qualification certificate in two or more units.

4.6.2 project director is after the change of projects under construction, or the project director is changed under construction engineering (must be the original contract period is full and change the record is full on the day of 6 months), or for the contractor to any reason project shutdown or non-start, and has the project director unlock the formalities, or project director of projects under construction, but the projects under construction and the tendering projects belong to the same engineering project, the same project approval, the same construction site section contract or installment construction situation and the overall project scale within the project scope.

4.7 The bidder shall not have any of the following circumstances:
