Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD., the outdoor landscape project of Santaishan Ruins memorial Park in Subei District has met the bidding conditions, and now the project is open for bidding and the winning bidder is selected.

1. Project overview and bidding scope

1.1 Project location: Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian

1.2 Project scale: the total investment is about 3.8 million yuan

1.3 Working period: 90 calendar days

1.4 Quality requirements: qualified

1.5 Time and method of project progress payment: the project payment shall be paid according to the project image progress, and 20% of the contract price shall be paid when 50% of the total project amount is completed; 80% of the contract price shall be paid after the completion acceptance. The rest of the entertainment cost shall be paid off after the completion of the review and after the expiration of the warranty period without any quality problems. The value-added tax invoice conforming to the tenderee's requirements shall be provided before the payment.

1.7 The bidding control price of this project is: THREE hundred and seventy-nine thousand three Hundred and fifty-eight Yuan and fifty cents (¥3793358.55 yuan).

2. Method of Qualification Examination

The bidding for this project adopts the post-qualification examination, and the qualification examination method is: the qualification system.

3. The bid evaluation method

This project adopts bid evaluation method: comprehensive evaluation method;

4. Bidder qualification requirements

4.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;

4.2 Type and level of qualification of the enterprise: qualification level iii or above for general contracting of municipal public works construction;

4.3 The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered construction engineer of municipal public works at level III or above, and have the qualification certificate of Class B safety officer;

4.4 Consortium is not accepted in the project;

4.5 The enterprise shall have the conditions for production safety and obtain the production safety license;

4.6 The project leader must meet the following conditions:

4.6.1 The project leader shall not be employed or practice in two or more units at the same time;

4.6.2 project director is after the change of projects under construction, or the project director is changed under construction engineering (must be the original contract period is full and change the record is full on the day of 6 months), or for the contractor to any reason project shutdown or non-start, and has the project director unlock the formalities, or project director of projects under construction, but the projects under construction and the tendering projects belong to the same engineering project, the same project approval, the same construction site section contract or installment construction situation and the overall project scale within the project scope;

4.6.3 The project leader has no criminal record of bribery; Or has a criminal record of bribery, but it has been more than 5 years since the date of the record;

4.7 The bidder shall not have any of the following circumstances:

4.7.1 It is the subsidiary institution (unit) of the tenderee without independent legal person qualification;

4.7.2 Providing the supervisor, agent builder and project manager of the project, and providing bidding agency and design services for the project;

4.7.3 If both the supervisor, agent builder and procuratorial agency of the project are legal representatives, or the two parties hold or participate in shares;

4.7.4 Interests with the tenderer may affect the impartiality of tender;

4.7.5 The person in charge of the unit shall be the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations;

4.7.6 The bidder is in the state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt, and the bidding qualification is cancelled or suspended and within the suspension period;

4.7.7 Those who are restricted by relevant departments to undertake projects in the place where the project is subject to tender due to unpaid wages of workers or quality and safety accidents;

4.7.8 The bidder has committed a criminal act of bribery within the last 3 years and has been recorded, or the legal representative has a criminal record of bribery and has not been more than 5 years since the date of record;

4.8 The person in charge of the project to be assigned by the bidder must be a member of the unit, and at the time of bidding, the payment certificate of social endowment insurance or medical insurance of any one month that the unit handled for him within 6 months prior to bidding shall be provided;

4.9 Meet other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

5. Acquisition of bidding documents and other materials

Tenderers are requested to purchase tender documents and tender documents from Jiangsu Jiaxing Project Management Co., LTD. 6. Submission of tender documents
