Jiangsu Lixin Construction Cost Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Scenic Spot Management Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the consumable purchase project of guest room of Suqian Santaishan Hotel. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.
I. Project name and serial number
(I) Project name: Suqian Santaishan Hotel Room consumables procurement project

(III) Project budget and maximum price: the total budget is about 540,000 yuan (2 years).
(IV) Main Contents: Purchasing items of consumables for guest rooms of Suqian Santaishan Hotel. Please refer to the bidding list for specific items and quantities.
Ii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Business license, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents of legal person or other organizations (" three certificates in one "shall be provided with" business license "; institution shall provide with legal person certificate of institution), and its business scope shall include the production and manufacture of guest room consumables (with production license of dental comb, washing articles, slippers and other products);
2. Financial status report of 2019 (refers to audited financial report or credit certificate issued by the bank);
3. Materials related to the payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law in any month since November 2019 (refers to the evidence of the supplier's payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, tax-free or non-payment of social security funds in accordance with the law);
4. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
5. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years prior to participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of competitive consultation documents);
(II) The project does not accept consortium response.
