(2) Cultural and Creative Market (outdoor venue)
The cultural and creative fair booth is 3*3 meters, which can be powered by electricity (self-paid). It is planned to attract 20 outdoor booths. The booths should highlight the theme of goods, and the novel, web celebrity and performance sales are preferred. Local stalls, part of the food (such as: rolling noodle cold skin, dumplings, box Fried rice, barbecue boiled water) do not consider for the moment. Lease: Rent.
The scenic spot can provide 3*3 meters of Roman tents. If you need to use it, you need to pay a deposit of 1000 yuan. After the end of the business period, the operator will clean up and return it to the scenic spot and refund the deposit for the use of the Roman tents, or the operator will bring the same type of Roman tents to build the site.
(3) Amusement projects (outdoor venues)
Site 1: The amusement project is located in Yingkou Section (north side of Haitang Bay Hotel), covering a total area of about 200 meters, and the width is not more than 5 meters. The power supply and electricity charges can be taken care of themselves. Operators are required to build the site by themselves, and the project should be attractive and beautiful.
Venue 2: Water area project, can operate water roller, bicycle and other projects, lease method: rent.

3. Registration time and specific requirements
Registration time: From March 17 to March 24, 2020, applicants can sign up for one or more projects.
(1) Must have the ability to bear civil liability independently, provide a copy of the identity card.
(2) Must have a certain economic strength, no bad record and debt disputes, and have a good sense of business and service.
(3) Provide photos of current business projects, relevant business licenses and other documents required by relevant laws.
Iv. Operational requirements
(1) A copy of the id card of the staff, and an additional health certificate shall be provided for catering.
(2) It is prohibited to sell fake and inferior, spoiled or expired food. If found, it shall be handed over to the market supervision department for investigation and punishment according to law.
(3) The operator must ensure its surrounding sanitation environment and obey the unified management of the scenic spot, or it will be expelled from the site and will not refund the rent and deposit.
(4) All business varieties should be clearly marked.
(5) The sale of tobacco, alcohol and articles with dangerous ingredients, such as bullet guns, gunpowder guns and dangerous toys, shall be prohibited.
(6) Private pulling and disorderly connection is prohibited.
(vii) Confirm and sign the safety management responsibility letter of the shop.
