Each bidder:
Sushi Construction Management Group Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the old pear tree transplantation project on the east side of Sunmitai In Suqian. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid for the project.

Ii. Brief description of the project
Location of the project: Santaishan National Forest Park, Suqian
(ii) Project scale: the budget is about 200,000 yuan
(3) Main Contents: It is planned to transplant 141 old pear trees to the east side of the sunning platform outside the headquarters park, and move the old pear trees on the plot to the park, transplant them to the sunning platform, Haitang Bay and plant them along the main tour line.
(iv) Construction period: 7 calendar days.
(5) Quality requirements: meet the ministry of Construction "Landscape greening project construction and acceptance" qualified standards, the project involved in all greening seedlings are first-level maintenance, the survival rate of seedlings to reach 100%.
(6) Custody period: one year; Adopt primary maintenance.
(vii) Time and method of payment of project progress payment: 60% of the contract price shall be paid after the completion of project acceptance, and the balance (interest-free) shall be paid after the completion of project payment examination and maintenance.
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
This purchasing activity refers to the provisions of Article 22 of the Relevant Department Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Relevant Department Law of the People's Republic of China and provides the following materials:
(1) Business licenses of legal persons or other organizations, tax registration certificates and other supporting documents (" three certificates in one "shall be provided with" business licenses ", and public institutions shall provide with legal person certificates of public institutions) (the business scope shall include landscaping);

(4) a declaration that it has the equipment and professional and technical ability necessary for the performance of the contract;
(v) A written statement that there is no major illegal record in the business activities within 3 years prior to participating in the purchase activity;
(6) The bidder shall have intermediate or above technical titles in landscaping, landscape architecture, landscape architecture, horticulture or plant protection related majors;
