Ii. Brief description of the project
Pruning and grafting of Santaishan pear trees.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
(1) Suppliers shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China to participate in this procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials according to article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:
1. Business license, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents of legal person or other organizations (" three certificates in one "shall be provided with" business license ", and the institution shall provide with legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
3. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);
(II) The bidder authorizes the client to be his/her official employee and provides the certificate that the bidder has paid social endowment insurance for his/her authorized client in any month since January 2019 (the certificate shall be issued by the competent department of social security, and the legal representative shall participate in the bid opening meeting as required).
(3) Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct shareholding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.

V. The situation that suppliers are not accepted to participate in bidding
(1) having violated laws and regulations and being disqualified for bidding according to law and the time limit has not been reached;
(2) being publicly restricted by the administrative department of bidding and tendering and the period of restriction has not been reached due to the violation of laws and regulations and other bad behaviors in the bidding and tendering activities.
