Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD. Santaishan Liyuan Landscape Bridge project has been approved for construction, the construction fund is self-raised, has been implemented. 1. Project overview and bidding scope
1.1 Project Name: Lishuan Landscape Bridge Project, Santaishan

1.3 Project Location: Santaishan Scenic Area.
1.4 Project scale: about 350,000 yuan;
1.5 Construction period: 40 calendar days;
1.6 Time and method of payment of progress payment: 50% of the total project amount shall be paid to 20% of the contract price; 70% of the contract price shall be paid after passing the acceptance inspection; 97% of the audit price shall be paid after the completion of the audit; the rest shall be paid after the completion of the quality guarantee period (two years).
1.7 The project is divided into 1 bidding section. The bidding content is: Landscape Bridge Project of Lishuan, Santaishan, including all contents of drawings and lists.
2. Method of Qualification Examination
The bidding for this project adopts the post-qualification examination, and the qualification examination method is: the qualification system.
3. The bid evaluation method
This project adopts bid evaluation method: reasonable low price method.
4. Applicant qualification requirements
4.1 The bidder shall have the qualification of level-3 or above enterprise for professional contracting of municipal public works;
4.2 The person in charge of the project to be selected by the bidder shall have the qualification of registered constructor of Grade II or above (municipal public works), and at the same time have the qualification certificate of production safety examination (Class B Certificate).
4.3 The bidder shall have the conditions for production safety and obtain the production safety license;
4.4 The authorized agent of the legal representative of the bidder and the project leader must be the personnel of the unit, and the social endowment insurance certificate of any month handled by the unit for the bidder within 6 months prior to the bidding shall be provided at the time of bidding, and the certificate shall be subject to that issued by the local insurance management department of the bidder;
4.5 The bidder shall not be under any of the following circumstances:
4.5.1 It is the subsidiary institution (unit) of the tenderee without independent legal person qualification;
4.5.2 For the supervisor, agent builder, project manager, and the tendering agency and design service;
4.5.3 If both the supervisor, agent builder and procuratorial agency of the tender project are legal representatives, or the two parties hold or participate in shares;
4.5.4 If there is an interest relationship with the tenderer that may affect the fairness of the tender;
4.5.5 The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding and management relations;
4.5.6 The bidder is in the state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen and bankrupt, and the bidding qualification is cancelled or suspended and within the suspension period;
4.5.7 Those who are restricted by relevant departments to undertake projects in the place where the project is subject to tender due to wage arrears or quality and safety accidents;
4.5.8. The bidder has committed a bribery crime within the last 3 years and has been recorded, or the legal representative has a bribery crime record and it has not exceeded 5 years since the date of record;
4.6 Other Conditions:
4.6.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;
4.6.2 The project leader must meet the following conditions:
4.6.2.1 The project leader shall not be employed or practice in two or more units at the same time.
4.6.2.2 project director is after the change of projects under construction, or the project director is changed under construction engineering (must be the original contract period is full and change the record is full on the day of 6 months), or for the contractor to any reason project shutdown or non-start, and has the project director unlock the formalities, or project director of projects under construction, but the projects under construction and the tendering project belongs to the same engineering project, the same batch, the same construction site section contract or installment construction and the overall project scale within the project scope.
4.6.2.3 The project leader has no criminal record of bribery; Or has a criminal record of bribery, but it has been more than 5 years since the date of record.
4.6.3 Meet other conditions stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.
5. Acquisition of bidding documents, drawings and other materials
