Announcement of competitive consultation on the production and installation of the spiritual fortress of Crystal World Glass Art Museum


Suppliers:


Susi Construction management Group Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiations on the production, installation and procurement of the spiritual fortress of Crystal World Glass Art Museum. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiations.


I. Brief description of the project


(I) Procurement of the production and installation of the spiritual fortress of Crystal World Glass Art Museum, as detailed in the procurement requirements section of the consultation document.


(II) Service period: it shall be delivered to the place designated by the purchaser and installed in place within 30 calendar days after the contract is signed.


(3) Quality requirements: qualified


(iv) terms of payment: 95% of the total contract price shall be paid upon completion of installation and acceptance, and 5% of the balance shall be regarded as quality retention money, and the balance shall be paid upon expiration of service (interest-free refund).


(v) Project budget and maximum price: 170,000 YUAN.


Ii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers


(I) The supplier shall comply with relevant regulations when participating in this purchasing activity and shall provide the following materials;


1. Copy of the business license of the legal person or any other organization, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);


2. The supplier shall have a valid business license (the business scope shall include the production and installation of signage or tour signage);


3. Financial status report of 2018 (means the audited financial report of the bidder or the credit certificate issued by the bank, if the supplier is less than one year old, it is not required to provide);


4. Related materials of paying tax and social security funds according to law in any month since March 2019 (referring to the bidder's proof of paying tax and social security funds according to law);


5. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in the purchasing activity;


6. Declaration of having the equipment and technical expertise necessary to perform the contract;


If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the consultation of the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the application for consultation will be rejected.


Iii. Bid evaluation methods


This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are detailed in the part of bid evaluation method of competitive consultation document.


Iv. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents


(I) The competitive consultation document shall be provided from 9:00 on September 26, 2019 to 17:30 on October 8, 2019.


(2) The place to get the competitive consultation document: Sushi, Jiangsu (188 Taihu Road, Suqian city).


(3) Document acquisition method: purchase on site, RMB 200 yuan/copy, no refund after sale.
