By virtue of Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD., Jiangsu Jianyou Engineering Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is inviting public bidding for the procurement project of increasing free range fish in the core Lake District of Santaishan. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Brief description of the project
1. Project name: Increased stocking fish procurement project in the Core Lake District of Santai Mountain

3. Project budget and maximum price: RMB 151,329
4. Main contents: Koi release in jinghu enclosed area; Silver carp, crucian carp and mandarin fish were added to the ecosystem area of 719 mu outside the jinghu area, qingcuihu and Qingyan Lake, etc., as detailed in the part of purchase demand.
Ii. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
(1) The bidder's participation in the purchase activity shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Purchase Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Business license, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents of legal person or other organizations (" three certificates in one "shall be provided with" business license ", and the institution shall provide with legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Financial status report of 2018 (refers to audited financial report or credit certificate issued by the bank, if the supplier has been established for less than one year, it is not required to provide);
3. Relevant materials of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law in any month since January 2019 (refers to the supplier's evidence of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, or providing relevant documents of tax-free or non-payment of social security funds);
4. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
5. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of bidding documents).
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding for the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
(2) The bidder is not included in the list of persons subject to breach of trust, parties involved in major tax illegal cases, and records of serious illegal and dishonest ACTS in government procurement (subject to the "IV. Bidder Credit Information" query results of this announcement)
(3) Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.

The project adopts the comprehensive scoring method, and the detailed details are detailed in the third part of the bidding document qualification examination and bid assessment method.
