Group Co., Ltd. entrustes suqian Cultural Travel Group Trade Union to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement for the procurement project (project name) of the consolation items for the 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid.

Ii. Brief Description of the Project:
1. The tender is for suqian Cultural Tourism Group Trade Union's consolation for the 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival
Please refer to the purchase items for specific requirements.
2. Project budget and maximum price: the total price is about RMB 222604.40. (This budget is based on the standard of 621.8 yuan/person for 358 people.) (The purchaser will not accept bidding documents above this price limit.) The procurement budget and quantity of goods are estimated based on the existing staff of the procurement unit. In the actual execution process, the quantity of delivery will be fine-tuned according to the actual personnel of the purchasing unit at that time. By participating in the negotiation, supplier shall be deemed to have known and agreed to the relevant agreement.
3. The project adopts the lowest price evaluation method.
4. Requirements for supply period: Supply within the time limit as required by the purchaser.
5. Delivery place: deliver to the designated place (Office area of Xiangwang hometown and West Entrance of Santaishan Forest Park) according to the requirements of the purchasing unit.
6. Payment method: all the goods are delivered to the site and accepted within 20 days.
7. The supplier shall provide all samples as required by the purchasing unit.
Iii. Qualification requirements of qualified Suppliers:
Bidders shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in this procurement activity:
1. Legal persons or other economic organizations with independent civil liabilities;
2. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);
3, with a business license and other supporting documents (the scope of the business license should include daily provisions, food production, manufacturing or sales);
4. Have the personnel and after-sales service capabilities necessary for the performance of the contract;
5. Meet other requirements stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
6. Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct shareholding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract. Otherwise, relevant negotiation applications are rejected.
