1. Project overview and bidding scope
1.1 Scope of Tender:
1) Basic transmission network construction of scenic spot; 2) Optimize and improve the environment and equipment in the computer room; 3) Monitoring and broadcasting platform integration optimization and improvement, and multi-media large-screen control optimization and improvement; 4) Wireless coverage of key areas in the scenic area. 1.5 Time and method of project progress payment:
After entering the site, 20% of the contract price shall be paid to the main equipment, 70% of the contract price shall be paid to the project after the completion acceptance, 95% of the approved price shall be paid after the completion of the construction cost review, and the balance shall be paid after the expiration of the quality guarantee (interest-free).
1.6 The bidding project is divided into one bidding section. The bidding section division and the relevant bidding contents are as follows:

2. Methods of qualification examination
The bidding for this project adopts the post-qualification examination, and the qualification examination method is: the qualification system.
3. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts bid evaluation method: comprehensive evaluation method.
4. Bidder qualification requirements
4.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;
4.2 Bidder's qualification category and grade: level 3 or above of professional contracting enterprise qualification for building intelligent Engineering or Level 2 or above of professional contracting qualification for electronic and intelligent engineering within the validity period.
4.3 Registered major and qualification level of project leader: qualified as a second-level construction engineer or above (major in mechanical and Electrical engineering), and with Class B certificate of work safety assessment.
4.4 The enterprise shall have the conditions for safe production and obtain valid safety production license.
4.5 Other conditions:
4.5.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;
4.5.2 Enterprises that are not in the state of being ordered to suspend business, being disqualified for bidding or having their properties taken over, frozen or bankrupt;
4.5.3 The bidding qualification of the enterprise has not been suspended and within the suspension period by the relevant departments due to cheating of winning the bid, serious breach of contract or violation of labor contract, payment of workers' wages, occurrence of major project quality and production safety accident;
4.5.4 The authorized agent of the legal representative of the bidder and the project leader must be the staff of the unit, and the unit shall provide the payment proof materials of pension insurance for any one month handled by the unit within 6 months before the bid.
4.5.5 Joint bid is not accepted for this project.
4.5.6 Meet other conditions stipulated by relevant laws, regulations, rules and governmental normative documents.
5. Acquisition of bidding documents, drawings and other materials
5.1 Receiving time of bidding documents: 9:00 on August 16, 2019 to 18:00 on August 22, 2019 (except holidays);

6. Submission of tender documents

6.3 The bidder shall submit the bid documents on the site before bid opening. The bid documents shall be sealed in good condition and shall be in 3 copies, including 1 original and 2 copies.
