Each bidder:

Susi Construction Management Group Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement for the procurement project of Santaishan's Antein Time planting non-woven fabrics in autumn 2019. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid for the project.

Ii. Brief description of the project


(I) Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to purchase a batch of non-woven fabrics with a budget of about 165,000 yuan. See section 4 technical Response for detailed requirements.


(ii) payment method: after the goods enter the market and pass the inspection by party a, 95% of the contract price will be paid, and the remaining 5% will be regarded as quality retention money. Upon expiration of the warranty period, the purchaser shall pay off the goods in a lump sum (without interest).


(III) Warranty period: 40 days. (Calculated after the goods are used on site)


(iv) Maximum Price: ONE hundred and sixty-five thousand YUAN only (¥165000.00)


(v) Time of delivery: deliver the supplied goods to the place designated by the purchaser within 2 days after signing the contract.


This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.


3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders


The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:


(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;


(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;


(3) a declaration that it has the product and professional and technical ability necessary for the performance of the contract;


(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;


(5) other requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations;
