Commissioned by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD., Susi Construction Management Group Co., Ltd. is inviting qualified bidders to participate in the public bidding for landscape upgrading design projects of Santai Shanxi main entrance, Sakura forest building, Haitang Bay entrance and so on.

Ii. Brief description of procurement items
1. Main contents of the design: the plaza downstream of Baima Xijian, the West Plaza of Qitian Village, and the entrance of Haitang Bay. Preliminary scheme, deepening design and construction drawing design for west main entrance and Cherry Forest project.
2. Payment method: complete design results shall be submitted for 2 projects, 60% of the contract price shall be paid after all 5 projects submit and deepen design results and construction drawing design passes the examination, 90% of the contract price shall be paid after all projects pass the acceptance inspection, and the rest shall be paid after the examination of all project cost.
3. Design cycle: the tenderee shall submit the preliminary design results of 2 projects within 10 days after sending the design task book, and submit the in-depth design and construction drawing design results of 5 projects within 15 days after the preliminary design results are approved; Submit all construction drawings approved by the project within 5 days after the approval of the construction drawing design results (the above time does not include the approval or review time).
4. The maximum bidding price of this project: 176,000 yuan
This project adopts comprehensive evaluation method (evaluation separation).
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
Bidders should comply with article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Qualification Certificate: Grade A in engineering design or Grade B or above in special design of landscape architecture.
3. Qualification certificate of project leader to be selected: senior technical title in landscaping related majors (landscape architecture, landscape architecture, landscape architecture or horticulture).
4. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
5. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);
6. The bidder's authorized entrusting party and the project leader must be his/her official employees and provide the certificate of paying social endowment insurance for his/her authorized entrusting party in any month since December 2018 (the certificate shall be issued by the competent department of social security, and the legal representative's participation in the bid opening meeting shall be subject to this requirement).
Joint bids for this project will not be accepted.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in bidding for the same package of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
