Invitation for bids: Santaishan Scenic Spot Greening management and Maintenance Project
Each bidder:
Jiangsu Hongcheng Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct online public bidding for the greening management and maintenance project of Santaishan Scenic Spot. Qualified bidders are welcome to submit their bids.
I. Project name and serial number
(I) Project name: Santaishan Scenic Spot Greening management and maintenance project
(II) Project No. : JSHC(2019)004
(III) Project budget and maximum price: the budget is about 2.82647 million yuan
(iv) Main contents: Secondary greening and maintenance standard for Santaishan core area (key area of the core area is about 1,125,500 square meters; non-key area of the core area is about 797,800 square meters); and third-level greening and maintenance standard for health preservation area (area of about 2,131,000 square meters).
Ii. Supplier qualification requirements
(1) Suppliers shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China to participate in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials according to article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:
1. Business license of legal person or other organization, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents (" three certificates in one "shall be provided with" business license "; institution shall provide with legal person certificate of institution), and its business scope shall include landscaping;
2. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
3. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);
(II) The bidder's authorized client must be its official employee and provide the certificate of paying social endowment insurance for the bidder in any month since October 2018 (the certificate shall be issued by the competent department of social security, and the legal representative's participation in the bid opening meeting shall be subject to this requirement).
(3) Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct shareholding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the ☑ comprehensive evaluation method. Detailed rules are detailed in the third part of the bidding document qualification examination and bid assessment.
Iv. Bidder's credit information
(1) Credit information inquiry channels are: CreditChina (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement (www.ccgp.gov.cn), Jiangsu Government Procurement (www.ccgp-jiangsu.gov.cn).
(ii) Deadline for credit information inquiry: before the completion of qualification examination.
(3) The way to retain the credit information inquiry record and evidence: the purchaser shall inquire the credit information at the qualification examination site, print the screen shot of the web page, and keep it together with other purchase documents. Page screenshots should contain (or indicate) the page address and network time mark of the query time point. The credit enquiry record (webpage screenshot and "Instructions on the Use of Government Procurement Credit Information Inquiry") shall be signed and confirmed by the agent authorized by the purchaser.

Subcontract 1: Santaishan health zone greening management and maintenance project. 532750 yuan.
Vi. Submission of tender documents
(I) The deadline for submission of tender documents is 14:30 on May 24, 2019, in the conference room on the second floor of Suqian Wenlv Group, No. 288 Huangnan Road, Sucheng District;
(2) The bid inviter shall not accept the bid documents that are duly served or not served at the designated place.
