Santaishan Haitang Bay Cable Box Procurement and Installation Project Tender Notice (second time)
Entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD., Jiangsu Jianjia Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. is inviting public bidding for the procurement and installation project of Santaishan Haitang Bay Cable box. We hereby notify the relevant matters as follows:
1. Project overview and bidding scope
1.1 Project location: Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian
1.2 Project scale: the estimated price is about 400,000 YUAN
1.3 Working period: 20 calendar days
1.4 Quality requirements: qualified
1.5 Time and method of payment of progress payment: 80% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion acceptance, 95% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion of audit, and the balance shall be paid without interest upon expiration of the warranty period without quality problems (the final settlement shall be based on the audit result of the cost audit institution designated by Party A).
1.6 The bidding project is divided into 1 bidding section. The division of bidding section and the relevant bidding contents are as follows: Construction of procurement and installation project of cable electric box in Haitang Bay, Santaishan. For details, please refer to the bill of Quantities.
1.7 The controlled bidding price of this project is 384,050.57 yuan, and the contract price is 337,964.5 yuan.
2. Method of Qualification Examination
The bidding for this project adopts the post-qualification examination, and the qualification examination method is: the qualification system.
3. The bid evaluation method
This project adopts bid evaluation method: reasonable price random determination of the winning bidder method;
4. Bidder qualification requirements
4.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;
4.2 Applicant's qualification category and level: grade 3 or above qualification for general contracting of electric power engineering or grade 3 or above qualification for professional contracting of power transmission and transformation engineering
4.3 Registered specialty and qualification level of project leader: Certified Constructor of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering major (Level 2 or above), and qualification Certificate of project Leader safety Production assessment of construction enterprise (Class B safety Officer)
4.4 The enterprise has the conditions for production safety and has obtained the production safety license;
4.5 The authorized agent of the legal representative of the bidder and the person in charge of the project must be the personnel of the company, and the social endowment insurance certificate of any month handled by the company from August 2018 to the present shall be provided at the time of bidding. The certificate shall be subject to the endowment insurance certificate issued by the local social security administration department;
4.6 The bidding enterprise shall have a comprehensive credit evaluation report issued by a third-party credit service agency that has been examined and filed by Suqian Credit Report Service Industry Association (Suqian Credit Management Department), and the credit report score shall be no less than 65 points. 4.7 The project does not accept joint bid;
4.8 If there are illegal or illegal behaviors in the bidding and tendering activities, the administrative department of bidding and tendering shall publicize the restricted bidding and the restricted period is not up to the time limit, and shall not participate in the bidding of this project;
4.9 Meet other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
5. Acquisition of bidding documents and other materials

(3) Acquisition method of bidding documents: purchase on site, 200 yuan per copy (no refunds after sales), materials to be provided when purchasing bidding documents: provide a copy of the business license of the enterprise (with official seal), the certificate of the legal representative or the original letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project and the original ID card.
6. Submission of tender documents
6.1 Deadline for receiving tender documents and bid opening time: 15:00 on April 3, 2019;
Receiving place and opening place of tender documents: conference room on the third floor of Suqian Wenlv Group;
6.2 The bidder shall submit the bid documents on the site before bid opening. The bid documents shall be sealed in good condition and shall be in 3 copies, including 1 original and 2 copies. Requirements of Tender: use the format provided in the tender documents, fill in according to the requirements, bind according to the catalogue (binding with glue) and stamp the company seal, and seal well.
