Each bidder:
Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Scenic Spot Management Co., Ltd. to conduct public bidding for the security service procurement project of Santaishan National Forest Park. Qualified bidders are welcome to submit their bids.

(iv) Main Content: Santaishan National Forest Park security service procurement project, service period of 2 years, the number of personnel 51, other requirements see part IV procurement requirements.
Ii. Supplier qualification requirements
(I) Suppliers shall provide the following materials to participate in the procurement activity;
1. Business licenses of legal persons or other organizations, tax registration certificates and other supporting documents;
2. Financial status report of 2017 or 2018 (if the supplier has been established for less than one year, it is not required to provide);
3. Materials related to the payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law in any month since August 2018;
4. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
5. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents).
6. The backbone of the bidder (including 1 project leader and 2 security monitor) shall pay social insurance for 3 consecutive months or more, and shall provide the copy issued by the social security department and the original bid opening site for future reference.
(2) The bidder must have the security service license issued by the public security department.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding for the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the bid application will be rejected.
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are detailed in the part of bid assessment methods in the bidding documents.
Iv. Acquisition of bidding documents
(I) Time of providing the bidding documents: 9:00 on March 1, 2019 to 18:00 on March 7, 2019, except holidays.
(II) Suppliers shall register on the spot within the time provided in the bidding documents. (1) Copy of business license of enterprise legal person; (2) The identity certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project (original); Copy of id card of authorized client. The above materials are stamped with the official seal).

Price of bidding documents: RMB 200 yuan per set, cash purchase, non-refundable after sale.
(3) The project is divided into 1 subcontract.
If the supplier fails to obtain the bidding documents as required and is unable to participate in the bidding, the consequences shall be borne by the supplier.
5. Receiving information of bidding documents
1. Deadline for submission of tender documents and bid opening time: 14:30 on March 9, 2019
2. Bid opening place: meeting room on the 2nd floor of Suqian Wenlv Group
(iii) The supplier shall submit the bid documents to the bid opening place before the deadline for bid opening (i.e., the deadline for submission of bid documents, the same below). The purchaser shall not accept the bid documents submitted late.
