Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct online competitive negotiation on the procurement project of Santaishan National Forest Park Ticket intelligent management system. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.

Ii. Supplier qualification requirements
(I) Suppliers shall provide the following materials to participate in the procurement activity;
1. Copy of the supplier's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Financial status report of 2017 or 2018 (refers to the audited financial report of the supplier or the credit certificate issued by the bank; if the supplier is less than one year old, it is not required to provide it);
3. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
4. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the consultation of the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the application for consultation will be rejected.
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are detailed in the part of bid evaluation method of competitive consultation document.
Iv. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive consultation document shall be provided from 8:30 on February 22, 2019 to 18:00 on February 28, 2019, except holidays.
(II) Suppliers shall register on the spot within the time provided by the consultation document. (1) Copy of business license of enterprise legal person; (2) The identity certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project (original); Copy of id card of authorized client. The above materials are stamped with the official seal).

Price of negotiation documents: RMB 200 per set, cash purchase, non-refundable after sale.
(3) The project is divided into 1 subcontract. If the supplier participates in multiple subcontract negotiations, it shall obtain the purchase documents separately according to the subcontract.
If the supplier fails to obtain the consultation document as required and thus fails to participate in the consultation, the consequences shall be borne by the supplier.
5. Response file to receive information
(I) Deadline for submission of response documents and time for consultation: 15:00, March 4, 2019
(II) Place of negotiation: Meeting room on the 2nd floor of Suqian Cultural Travel Group (Hometown of Xiang Wang)
(III) The supplier shall submit the paper response document to the consultation place before the response deadline (i.e., the response document submission deadline, the same below). The purchaser shall not accept the response documents submitted late.

Vii. The term of this announcement of competitive consultation documents (announcement of Competitive consultation) shall be five working days from the date of promulgation of the announcement of competitive consultation documents (announcement of competitive consultation).
