Jiangsu Susi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement for the purchase of verbena and salvia bluegrass seedlings from Aktian District in the spring of 2019. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid.

Ii. Brief description of the project
(1) Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. intends to purchase a batch of grass seedlings (willow verbena, blue sage, etc.). See section 4 technical Response for detailed requirements.
(II) Method of payment: 60% of the contract price will be paid after the seedlings enter the market and pass the inspection by the purchaser, and the rest will be paid after the end of the first flowering period (4 months).
(3) Time of delivery: deliver the goods to the place designated by the purchaser within 5 days after the purchaser gives the purchase notice.
(IV) Project budget and maximum price: ￥573745
(v) The lowest evaluation price method shall be adopted for this project.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the product and technical expertise necessary for the performance of the contract;
(4) Having no record of major violations of law in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(5) other requirements prescribed by laws and administrative regulations;
