Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to conduct competitive negotiation on santaishan Crape Myrtle Garden landscape pavilion construction project. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to add 2 landscape pavilions and 2 landscape platforms to Santaishan Crape Myrtle Garden (see the annex and drawings of the list for details). The budget is about RMB 152,700, including all costs of labor, machinery and materials. The construction period is 30 calendar days.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the purchase activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(3) Having grade 3 or above qualification for general contracting of housing construction projects.
(4) having a valid business license;
(v) The person in charge of the project to be selected by the supplier shall have the qualification of certified construction engineer (grade II (including) or above) and the qualification certificate of production safety examination (Class B certificate);
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding and management relationships, they shall not participate in the response of this project. Otherwise, the response is invalid.
