1. Project overview and bidding scope
1.1 Project name: Forest tending project of Santaishan Health Preservation Area

1.3 Project Location: Santaishan Forest Park.
1.4 Project scale: about 750,000 yuan;
1.5 Construction period: 10 calendar days;
1.6 Time and method of payment of progress payment: 50% of the contract price shall be paid upon completion of the project and passing the preliminary inspection, 80% of the audit price shall be paid upon completion of the audit of project payment, and the balance shall be paid off upon acceptance of relevant departments. (If the assessment score is less than 90, the preliminary inspection will not pass until the rectification is qualified)
1.7 The project is divided into one bidding section, and the bidding content is: the total scale is about 3400 mu. 4. Applicant qualification requirements
4.1 Applicant's qualification category and level: business license of legal person or other organization, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents (" three certificates in one "shall be provided with" business license ", and institution shall provide with legal person certificate of institution). 4.2 Qualification level of project leader to be selected: The project manager to be selected by the bidder shall be a regular employee of the bidder and have intermediate or above titles in landscape architecture (or similar majors such as landscape architecture, landscape architecture, horticulture, forestry, plant protection);
4.3 The authorized agent of the bidder's legal representative and the project leader must be the personnel of the unit, and the social endowment insurance certificate of any month handled by the unit for the bidder within 6 months prior to the bidding shall be provided at the time of bidding, which shall be subject to the certificate issued by the local insurance management department of the bidder;
4.4 The number of people put into the project maintenance by the bidder shall not be less than 200;
4.5 The enterprise shall have a comprehensive credit evaluation report issued by a third-party credit service agency and filed by the credit management department of Suqian (or its authorized administrative department), and the credit report shall not be less than 65 points. 4.6 The bidder shall not be under any of the following circumstances:
4.6.1 The tenderee is a subsidiary institution (unit) without independent legal person qualification;
4.6.2 Providing the supervisor, agent builder, project manager, and tendering agency and design services for the tendering project;
4.6.3 If both the supervisor, agent and bidding agency of the project are legal representatives, or the two parties hold or participate in shares;
4.6.4 There is an interest relationship with the tenderer that may affect the fairness of the tender;
4.6.5 The person in charge of the unit shall be the same person or different units with shareholding and management relations;
4.6.6 The bidder is in the state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt, and the bidding qualification is cancelled or suspended and within the suspension period;
4.6.7 The contractor is restricted by the relevant department to undertake the project at the place where the project is subject to tender due to the delay in payment of workers' wages or the occurrence of quality and safety accidents;
4.6.8. The bidder has committed a bribery crime within the last 3 years and has been recorded, or the legal representative has a bribery crime record and it has not exceeded 5 years since the date of record;
4.7 Other conditions:
4.7.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;
4.7.2 The project leader must meet the following conditions:
4.7.2.1 The project leader shall not be employed or practice in two or more units at the same time.
4.7.2.2 project director is after the change of projects under construction, or the project director is changed under construction engineering (must be the original contract period is full and change the record is full on the day of 6 months), or for the contractor to any reason project shutdown or non-start, and has the project director unlock the formalities, or project director of projects under construction, but the projects under construction and the tendering project belongs to the same engineering project, the same batch, the same construction site section contract or installment construction and the overall project scale within the project scope.
4.7.2.3 The project leader has no criminal record of bribery; Or has a criminal record of bribery, but it has been more than 5 years since the date of record.
4.7.3 The authorized agent of the bidder's legal representative and the project leader must be the personnel of the unit, and the social endowment insurance certificate of any month handled by the unit for the bidder within 6 months prior to the bidding shall be provided at the time of bidding. The certificate shall be subject to the certificate issued by the local insurance management department of the bidder.
