Suqian Hongzhuang Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on suqian Santaishan small train tour station canopy purchase project. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.

Ii. Brief description of the project
The bidding content is awning for the station of Suqian Santaishan small train tour line. Please refer to the bill of quantities for details. The project budget: 451,600 yuan
1. Construction period: 30 calendar days
2. Quality standard: qualified
3. The lowest bid price shall be adopted for this project: candidates for the transaction shall be recommended in the order of the response price from low to high which meets the requirements of the negotiation documents and has been reviewed.
4. Time and method of payment of progress payment: 30% of the price of qualified works shall be paid after the completion of the project passes the acceptance inspection (when the price of qualified works is higher than the contract price, the contract price shall be paid); After the audit, 95% of the audit price is paid; After the expiration of the warranty period, the balance shall be paid in lump sum according to the approval price. (no interest).
Iii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(I) Suppliers shall provide the following materials to participate in this purchasing activity
1. Copy of the bidder's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. The bidder shall be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial credit and independent civil liability
3. The bidder shall have the qualification level 3 or above of general contracting of housing construction;
4. The bidder shall have the production safety conditions and obtain the production safety license;
5. The project manager to be selected by the bidder shall have the qualification of second-level or above professional construction engineer or small project manager, and also have the qualification certificate of production safety examination (Class B certificate);
6. The authorized entrusting party and project leader of the legal representative of the bidder shall be the personnel of the unit, and provide the social endowment insurance certificate issued by the competent social security department for the bidder and the project leader in any month since March 2018 (the certificate shall be subject to the issuance by the competent social security department, and the legal representative shall be required to attend the bid opening meeting).
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding for the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
