(iv) Main Content: Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. plans to invite professional organizations to perform and perform on the water in Jinghu based on the 11-theme activities. There are mainly water flying people, motorboats, etc. (see the fourth part of the procurement requirements).
Ii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this government procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials;
1. Copy of the supplier's business license and tax registration certificate (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the consultation of the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the application for consultation will be rejected.

Iv. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive consultation document shall be provided from 8:30 on September 18, 2018 to 17:30 on September 20, 2018.
(2) Acquisition method: on-site registration (carrying materials: Business license of enterprise legal person; (2) The identity certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project (original); Authorize the identity card of the client.
Note: Suppliers are required to register and participate in the consultation.

5. Response file to receive information
