Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct competitive negotiation on the procurement, installation and maintenance of outdoor full color screen in Santaishan. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the negotiation.
I. Project name and serial number
(I) Project name: Santaishan Outdoor full color screen procurement, installation, maintenance project

(3) Project budget: RMB 340,000 yuan (bidding documents higher than this price limit shall be invalid)
(IV) Main Content: Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., LTD intends to purchase the outdoor full-color screen and the original outdoor full-color screen maintenance service. (See Part IV Procurement Requirements for details)
Ii. Qualification requirements for qualified suppliers
(I) Suppliers shall provide the following materials to participate in the procurement activity;
1. Business licenses of legal persons or other organizations, tax registration certificates and other supporting documents;
2. Declaration of having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
3. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in the business activities within 3 years (counted from the date of issuance of the public bidding documents) before participating in the procurement activities;
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the negotiation of the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the negotiation application will be rejected.
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method. Detailed details are detailed in the bidding evaluation method of competitive negotiation documents.
Iv. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents
(I) The competitive negotiation documents shall be provided from 9:00 on August 3, 2018 to 18:00 on August 9, 2018.
(2) Acquisition method: on-site registration (carrying materials: Copy of business license of enterprise legal person; (2) The identity certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project (original); (3) Copy of id card of authorized client.

5. Response file to receive information
(I) Deadline for submission of response documents and negotiation time: 15:00, August 10, 2018
(II) Negotiation venue: Ximen Entrance, Santaishan Forest Park, Suqian (conference room on the first floor of Santaishan Headquarters)
(III) The supplier shall submit the response document as required before the response deadline (i.e., the response document submission deadline, the same below). The purchaser shall not accept the response documents submitted late.
