Announcement of competitive negotiation on float purchase project of Santaishan Forest Park Activity sale
Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. organizes competitive negotiations on the purchase activity and sale of float project, and hereby announces the relevant matters as follows:
I. Project name and serial number

Ii. Brief description of the project
Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. plans to purchase 8 floats for the activity sale of 2M*1M* 2.4m. The purchaser shall provide the concept drawing (attached), but the specific construction drawing shall be made only after the successful bidder deeps the design and reports to the purchaser for approval. In terms of craft, the eight scenic spots of Santaishan Forest Park should be used as the body pattern, and the eight scenic spots and other elements should be provided by the purchaser. The winning bidder should design, manufacture and install the body by itself according to the size, including design, manufacture and transportation.
The bidding is subject to the maximum price. The unit price of each float shall not be higher than 13,500 yuan. A total of 8 floats shall be purchased, with the total price not higher than 108,000 yuan. Quotations above the ceiling are invalid. The quotation includes tax points and all expenses.
The maximum duration of this project is 25 calendar days. After signing the contract, the bid inviter shall pay 30% of the bid price in advance, and pay the whole amount after passing the acceptance inspection. The warranty period is 3 months.
Iii. Supplier qualification requirements
The supplier shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following requirements to participate in this procurement activity:
(1) The supplier shall be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability, and its business scope shall include the design and production of arts and crafts;
(ii) The supplier shall pay the bid bond of ONLY TWO thousand yuan, which will be converted into performance bond after winning the bid (no quality problems will be returned after the expiration of the warranty period). If the supplier fails to win the bid, it will be returned after the negotiation.

(3) Negotiation method: the second quotation is implemented, bidders fill in the quotation sheet on site (with official seal), and the winning bidder is determined according to the lowest bid winning method.
Evaluation fee: the winning bidder shall pay 2% of the bid price as the evaluation fee (no more than RMB 1,500).
