Announcement on inviting young designers to participate in the optimization and upgrading design of Santaishan Forest Park

Suqian Santaishan Forest Park is located in the north of Suqian city, covering an area of 12.7 square kilometers. In 2014, according to "the most beautiful ecology, fashion" concept, launched on covering quality construction, on May 1, 2015 morning, the same year to create become national 4 a grade scenic spot, the national base for painting and calligraphy creation, yangzi, film and television, has excellent tourism project in jiangsu province innovation, successful selected 10 new scenic area in jiangsu province, "ten new routes in jiangsu province", etc. By October this year, the park has received more than 2.6 million visitors. During the National Day holiday this year, a series of activities such as the music season of nantian flower sea and the Asian youth micro film exhibition were successfully held. For further enriching the connotation of the fashion, strengthen the interactivity of park and experience, we are looking for 85 (and born after 1985) after the design staff, travel, or planning industry practitioners, college students (limited to urban planning, architecture, landscape, tourism and related professional) to participate in three taishan forest park is optimized design work, to develop the ecological and the integration of fashion, the nature and vigor of scenic spots. The organization plan of the event is hereby announced as follows:

I. Ways of participation. Open enrollment, directional invitation two ways.

Ii. Open registration. Open for registration until 6:30 PM, November 21, 2016. A formal invitation will be issued to eligible applicants. (You can apply in the name of an individual or an organization. The team of the organization should be composed of young people born after 1985.)

3. Directional invitation. Suqian Santaishan Construction Headquarters will send a letter to well-known design institutes, tourism planning units and famous universities, inviting each unit to send 1-2 young designers born after 1985 to participate in the activities (college students are limited to urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, tourism and related majors).

Site reconnaissance. At 9:00 a.m. on November 26, the construction headquarters of Santaishan Forest Park will gather and organize a field survey. (Please report to Santaishan Headquarters B2010 with an invitation letter before 6:00pm on November 25. Accommodation and meals will be arranged uniformly (free of accommodation fee).

V. Submission of results. The deadline for receiving design ideas is 5:30 PM, December 11, 2016. All results shall be submitted in electronic form to email: 61652363@qq.com.

Vi. Contents of the program. The solicitation is divided into creative planning, planning and design, and management. The creative planning category requires that the project has unique creativity, strong attraction and interaction, and the activities are feasible and operable. The planning and design category requires that the scheme should be closely related to the design concept of the park, enrich and improve the scenic spot on the existing basis, and become a unique landscape of the park; Management requirements reflect the characteristics of the park, creative management activities are fashionable, forward-looking and operable.

Vii. Selection methods. The construction headquarters of Santaishan in Suqian city will organize an expert group to evaluate the solicitation plan.

1. Personal evaluation of works. According to the category of creative planning, planning and design, operation and management, there will be 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and several excellent prizes (determined according to the number of results submitted). The winning achievements will be awarded with 10,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan respectively, and honorary certificates will be awarded. All winners will be announced online. If the number of works is less than the number of prizes, the number of prizes will be adjusted accordingly. Where the design concept is selected and implemented, the designer who proposes the design concept will specially hire the chief designer of this scheme design, and pay the corresponding design fee according to the regulations.

2. Entries in the name of the company. Submit the design results to achieve the depth of conceptual scheme and ensure the fashion and feasibility. 1 first prize, 2 second prize and 3 third prize will be awarded from the eligible entries (according to the quantity and quality of the results submitted), and 100,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan will be awarded with certificates of honor respectively. At the same time when the project is implemented, the creative unit can undertake the planning and design task and pay the design fee according to the industry standard.
