If a bidder or any other interested party has any objection to the result of bid assessment mentioned above, it shall raise its objection to the tenderer during the period of publicity. If there is no objection to the result of bid assessment upon the expiration of the period of publicity, the tenderer shall issue the announcement of winning the bid and issue the notice of winning the bid.
