1. Project overview and bidding scope
1.1 Project location: Hubin New District, Suqian City
1.2 Project scale: total investment is about 3.5 million yuan

1.4 Quality requirements: qualified
1.5 Time and method of project progress payment: the project payment shall be paid according to the project image progress, and 20% of the contract price shall be paid when 50% of the total project amount is completed; Upon completion and acceptance of the project, 80% of the contract price shall be paid. The rest shall be paid upon expiration of the liability for defects in hospitality.

1.7 The bidding control price of this project is: THREE million four hundred and ninety-two thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine yuan nine cents five (¥3492709.95).
2. Method of Qualification Examination
The bidding for this project adopts the post-qualification examination, and the qualification examination method is: the qualification system.
3. The bid evaluation method
This project adopts bid evaluation method: reasonable low price method;
4. Bidder qualification requirements
4.1 Have the ability to independently conclude contracts;
4.2 Enterprise qualification category and grade: enterprise qualification level 3 or above for general contracting of municipal public works construction;
4.3 Registered specialty and qualification level of project leader: certified constructor of Municipal public Engineering major (Level 2 or above) and qualification Certificate of production safety assessment (Class B Certificate);
4.4 The project leader and authorized client of the bidder must be the staff of the unit, and provide the payment certificate of social endowment insurance or medical insurance for any one month handled by the unit within 6 months before the bid.
4.5 The enterprise must obtain the production safety license;
4.6 The enterprise shall have a comprehensive credit evaluation report issued by a third-party credit service agency that has been examined and filed by Suqian Credit Report Service Industry Association, and the credit report score shall be no less than 65 points. 4.7 The project does not accept joint bid;

5. Acquisition of bidding documents and other materials
