Ii. Brief description of procurement items


1. The bidding content is the procurement project of linen washing service of Suqian Santaishan Scenic Spot Management Co., LTD., and the specific requirements are detailed in the procurement requirements.


2. Project budget: 250,000 YUAN. This procurement budget is estimated based on the annual linen washing service of the procurement unit. The actual quantity shall prevail in the actual execution. By participating in the negotiation, supplier shall be deemed to have known and agreed to the relevant agreement.


3. The project adopts the comprehensive scoring method.


4. Service term: one year.


5. Delivery place: deliver to the designated place according to the requirements of the purchasing unit.


6. Payment method: The settlement shall be made every two months, and Party B shall be responsible for providing monthly statements. The person in charge of Party A shall sign, check the quantity of linen on the 5th day of each month, and the settlement date shall be on the 15th day of the settlement month. The reconciliation time is the 10th of the settlement month at the latest.


Iii. Supplier qualification requirements


(1) Suppliers shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 and Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China in participating in this procurement activity, and shall provide the following materials:


1. Duplicate of the business license and tax registration certificate of the bidder (or the business license of "three certificates in one" or the legal person certificate of the institution);


2. Declaration of having the equipment and technical expertise necessary to perform the contract;


3. A written statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (counted from the date of issuance of public bidding documents);


Joint bids for this project will not be accepted.


If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct shareholding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. Otherwise, the relevant tender is invalid.
