Each bidder:
Jiangsu Kejian Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct online public bidding for sunshade seats procurement project of Santaishan National Forest Park. Qualified bidders are welcome to submit their bids.
I. Project name and serial number
(I) Project name: Sunshade chair procurement project of Santaishan National Forest Park

(III) Project budget and maximum price limit: 493,000 YUAN
(iv) Main Content: Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to purchase a batch of sunshade seats for the Scenic area of Santaishan National Forest Park. Please refer to the procurement requirements in the bidding document for details (see The procurement requirements in Part IV for details).
Ii. Supplier qualification requirements
(I) Suppliers shall provide the following materials to participate in the procurement activity:
1. Business license, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents of legal person or other organizations (" three certificates in one "shall be provided with" business license ", and the institution shall provide with legal person certificate of the institution);
2. Financial status report of 2018 (refers to audited financial report or credit certificate issued by the bank, if the supplier has been established for less than one year, it is not required to provide);
3. Materials related to the payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law in any month since February 2019 (refers to the evidence of the supplier's payment of taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, tax-free or non-payment of social security funds in accordance with the law);
4. Declaration of having the equipment and technical expertise necessary to perform the contract.
If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units have holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding for the same bid section of the project. Otherwise, the bid application will be rejected.
(2) Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
Iii. Bid evaluation methods
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method. Detailed details are detailed in the part of bid assessment methods in the bidding documents.
Iv. Acquisition of bidding documents
(I) Time of providing the bidding documents: 9:00 on September 3, 2019 to 18:00 on September 9, 2019, except holidays.
(II) Suppliers shall register on the spot within the time provided in the bidding documents. (1) Copy of business license of enterprise legal person; (2) The identity certificate of the legal representative or the letter of authorization of the legal representative for the project (original); Copy of id card of authorized client. (3) The project is divided into 1 subcontract.
If the supplier fails to obtain the bidding documents as required and is unable to participate in the bidding, the consequences shall be borne by the supplier.
