Each bidder:
Suqian Santaishan Scenic Area Management Co., Ltd. plans to conduct competitive negotiation and procurement for the garbage cleaning and transportation project in Santaishan Park. Qualified suppliers are welcome to bid.

Ii. Brief description of the project
1 year garbage collection service will be procured. 5 tons of garbage collection vehicles and 8 tons of garbage collection vehicles will be required. Dry garbage all year round, daily daily clear; Clean 296 cars of organic matter (including septic tank), 10% increase of the total quantity without additional charge; Waste is sent to Everbright incineration plant, organic matter is sent to Canal 7 Qiaoxi organic matter treatment center.
(I) Payment method: project service fee shall be settled half a year; The contract price shall be paid upon expiration of the service.
(2) Service period: one year.
This project adopts the lowest evaluation price method.
3. Qualification requirements for qualified bidders
The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in the government procurement activity:
(1) having the ability to bear civil liability independently;
(2) having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) having the professional and technical ability to perform the contract;
(4) Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) To participate in government procurement activities within three years (counted from the date of issuance of bidding documents) and have no record of major illegal activities in business activities;
