Jiangsu New Times Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Suqian Santaishan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct public bidding for the outdoor intelligent project of Santaishan Glass Museum. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Project name and serial number

Ii. Brief description of the project
The bidding is for the outdoor intelligent project of Santaishan Glass Museum, with a budget of about 700,000 yuan.
Time limit: 30 calendar days.
Quality requirements: qualified
This project adopts the reasonable low price method.
Iii. Bidder qualification requirements
Bidders should meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions to participate in this government procurement activity:
(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other economic organization with good financial and credit standing and independent civil liability;
(ii) Applicant's qualification type and level: having the qualification level 2 or above for specialized contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering or the qualification level 2 or above for integrated design and construction of intelligent building engineering, and having the ability to deepen drawings;
(3) Qualification level of project person-in-charge to be selected: having the registered qualification of second-level constructors (including) or above of mechanical and electrical engineering major and the qualification Certificate of safety production assessment for project person-in-charge of construction enterprises (Certificate B); .
(4) the bidder's legal representative entrusted agent and project director must, for this unit personnel in bidding for a project, and provide this unit to sign labor contract and bid on this unit for the first 6 months for any one month of the social endowment insurance or medical insurance pay proof, proof will be subject to a certificate issued by the administrative department of social endowment insurance;
(5) The bidder shall have the conditions for production safety and obtain the production safety license.
